UNIPORT STUDENTS STAMPEDE BANK AS THEY ARE UNFAIRLY FORCED PAY SCHOOL FEES, TWO WEEKS AFTER RESUMPTION

It is highly demeaning.. Pictures speaks a thousand words but this pictures are shouting out! Screaming for help not forth coming.. Screaming because they have had enough but now they have no choice.. Despite the fact students have previously protested the mal handling and mili-management of its activities by the senate, uniport stand molested, stripped of the very Last human right!! ..
I had to give a mental picture of what the university of port Harcourt students are sojourning through all in the name of education, in the space of 2 weeks since the school was re opened, the school fees has sky rocketed from the previously modest price to a tetrimental 20% increase.. As if that was not enough it is increasing after every 24hours. This forces students to maneuver,justle and fight themselves through in a bid to pay in time and avoid bank ruptcy which is a foreseeable dilema.
In first bank of Choba today.. Students started lining up as early as 6am to be able to make it in time to pay their school fees or face a subsequent 2,000 naira increase in 24hrs.. Some students were stampeded upon just for others to be able to make it to the payment point. At some point army officers started shooting skywards to scare students away to make themselves some space to get into the bank...
As much as we want to leave this school with no extra time attached, what is happening is no less than a result of educational neglect! ...
And what is the job of a pro chancellor?  Anyone?
