Are you thrilled by new technology? Do you love Google products? Do you want to bring new opportunities to your university and your peers? Do your friends say you're a natural leader? If so, the Google Students Ambassador volunteers Program may be perfect for you!
Through the Students Ambassador Program, you become a liaison between Google and your university. Ambassadors plan and host several events during the school year, introduce students to new Google products and features and act as a campus contact for Google teams.
Google Community members:

• Work closely with local Google teams
• Host and organize events to bring awareness about Google's products and brand
• Spread the word about competitions, training opportunities, scholarships and other events
• Help Google to better understand your campus' culture
• Build relationships on campus with faculty and student groups
• Promote product use and new product launches to students
• Be a source of knowledge for your university about Google products
• Spread Google goodwill to your fellow students

What are the qualifications?
This opportunity is currently by invitation only and is open to students at the university of Port Harcourt. Google Student Ambassador Volunteer must be:

• Passionate about technology
• time management and strong organisational skills
• high-level of hard working
• communication skills
• Motivation and dedication.
• leadership

The media Committee is responsible for events’ media coverage
it has two sub committees you can select them both or just one,
1- IT
# design logos, banners, flyers,
# Do you know your way around a Computer.
2- Media
# Artist
# Talented photographer / videographer
# can capture the right moment and make it unforgettable memory!
# can make photo coverage for all our events
# record the needed videos at sessions or events
# Have a good background about photo and video editing software’s.
# Have a professional Camera

• Video Editing committee :

# have creativity and imagination
# Passion about visual art and specially videos making
# Take photos and videos from Multimedia committee and prepare edited videos
# Familiar with one of video editing software ( After Effects, premiere , Sony vegas, Final Cut, or even movie maker or any video editing software)
# Familiar with one of sound editing software ( Audacity etc...)
# can select well the right type of background music / music track

• Technical Support Committee :

#Cool in technical arrangements, can organise Events, know the school well.

• Others                                                                                                                                                                            #Any cool thing you can do that will boost Google Product.
